Mr. Asenjo’s practice has focused on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration as well as administrative proceedings.

Law degree from the University of Chile (1999).

Admissions: Chile (2003).

He has completed the 1st phase of the Doctoral Program (Ph.D.) of the Procedural Law Department of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain (2006).

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association (2005).

In recent years, he has been recognized as a leading attorney in litigation and arbitration in several publications, such as: Chambers and Partners (Band 3, 2019).

Before joining Gutiérrez, Waugh, Jimeno & Asenjo Abogados, he was an associate attorney at Carey y Cía. (1997 – 2003) and Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner, now Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (2003 – 2006).
